去年為香港芭蕾舞團《卡門》所創作／改編的音樂，入圍了香港舞蹈年獎2018【傑出配樂/聲音設計】的最後三強，深感榮幸；要感謝 Hong Kong Ballet 給予機會，感謝編舞 Yuh Egami 和 Songwei Hu 的信任，還要感謝 Kung Chi Shing 的鼓勵和鞭策；對我來說，能入圍已經是一個很大的鼓勵！

Mike Orange是本地獨立樂隊觸執毛的結他手及鍵盤手，與樂隊合作推出兩張大碟及巡迴亞洲各地演出，近年亦開展了個人音樂企劃「Mike
Orange & The Universe Travellers」；過往曾為不同歌手擔任現場樂手，並為不同音樂企劃擔任編曲及監制。除了音樂藝人和表演者的身份外，Mike更不時與不同劇團合作，擔任音樂創作、監制及現場演奏；Mike亦曾為不同的藝術活動（如西九自由野藝術節等）擔任音樂項目的策展人。
Mike Orange first established himself as the guitarist and keyboardist of the Hong Kong indie rock band Chochukmo. He has since released two albums with the band and toured with Chochukmo in Asia. He has recently kicked off his solo music project "Mike Orange & the Universe Travellers". Mike has collaborated with numerous local acclaimed singers on production, arrangement and live appearances. Except being a performer on stage, Mike has also worked with different theatres as composer, live musician and music director. He has been invited as music curators for various art programmes and festivals such as Freespace Fest hosted by West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.
